About the Role
Leading Folks is hiring a Senior Odoo Engineer (Techno-Functional) to lead the development, customization, and optimization of an Odoo ERP platform for a high-growth, KSA-based business. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business and technology: translating real operational needs into scalable Odoo solutions, while keeping performance, stability, and best practices tight.
What You'll Do - Technical (Core)
- Lead Odoo development, customization, and module enhancements
- Build custom modules, advanced workflows, and automations
- Implement complex third-party integrations (payments, logistics APIs, etc.)
- Optimize PostgreSQL performance and overall system scalability
- Handle Odoo version upgrades, migrations, and release planning
- Maintain code quality with strong engineering practices and Git workflows
- Troubleshoot production issues with minimal downtime
- Ensure security, access control, and internal compliance
What You'll Do - Functional (Techno-Functional Ownership)
- Gather and analyze requirements from Finance, Sales, Operations, and Support
- Configure and optimize Accounting, CRM, Helpdesk, and Projects modules
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Run UAT support, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization
- Train key users and department leads
Requirements (Must Have)
- 5+ years hands-on Odoo development experience
- Strong experience with Odoo Accounting module (mandatory)
- Implemented/support experience with CRM, Helpdesk, Projects
- Strong Python skills and solid PostgreSQL understanding
- Experience with Odoo framework, ORM, QWeb, XML, and API integrations
- Experience with Odoo deployment (on-prem or cloud)
- Strong understanding of finance/ops business processes
- Multi-company and multi-branch experience
Nice to Have
- VAT / ZATCA compliance exposure (Saudi market)
- Odoo Enterprise experience
- Performance tuning and server optimization

About the Role
Leading Folks is hiring 2 Senior Backend Engineers for a long-term engagement with a KSA-based high-growth technology platform. You will be employed by Leading Folks and work in a client-embedded setup, collaborating with client engineering stakeholders to build and scale mission-critical backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services using Laravel (PHP)
- Design robust database schemas and optimize queries for PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Develop and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for integrations
- Drive backend architecture discussions and engineering best practices
- Improve reliability, scalability, performance, and security
- Implement caching and async processing using Redis/Memcached and queues
- Debug complex production issues and reduce downtime
- Contribute to CI/CD and deployment workflows
- Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and document technical decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years backend development experience
- Strong expertise in PHP + Laravel
- Strong PostgreSQL/MySQL skills (indexing, optimization, transactions, tuning)
- Experience building scalable APIs and backend architecture

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Reliability / Cloud Engineer to help build, scale, and operate the cloud infrastructure behind a fast-growing logistics platform handling high transaction volumes and real-time operations across the GCC.
This role focuses on reliability, automation, scalability, and security. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure our systems remain highly available, performant, and resilient as we scale.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, OCI or Azure.
- Expertise in containerization: Docker and Kubernetes (cluster management, scaling, networking).
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
- Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Experience with high-availability architectures and disaster recovery.
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals: VPCs, load balancing, DNS, and firewalls.
- Experience managing production environments at scale.
Strong Plus
- Experience supporting high-transaction platforms such as logistics, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Familiarity with database reliability (PostgreSQL/MySQL replication, backups, tuning).

- Security certifications or hands-on experience with cloud security tooling.
- Experience with GitOps workflows.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
